Inconsiderate
Communication is absolutely terrible after Cassandra left. I feel like the office couldn’t care less about the time and inconvenience ... I’ve been put through this weekend. I’ve had issues beforehand and I’ve kept my mouth shut, but this blatant disrespect of my time and energy has extremely upset me ruining my overall experience of this property. I understand things happen, but the slight belittling of my concern upon a phone call already rubbed me the wrong way. To turn around and not address anything without any sort of contact puts my nervous system under attack. Are the staff trying to run me off? I would recommend anyone to consider all their options very closely before making the decision to move anywhere but especially ... here. It was surely a roof over our heads, but the amount of fees, random notices, close monitoring/surveillance, and communal spaces/amenities that were broken or unusable for extended periods of time outweigh any reasons to live here. I appreciate all the folks working here that were just doing their jobs and following instructions. However, we still had a lot of built up frustration during our time living here and I'm glad that at the very least, the lease was not for a full year. My husband & I got our first place together at El Cordova. LOVED our apartment. Everything from application process to moving ... in was quick & easy. Jack Savio was the leasing agent who helped us from beginning to end & was top tier! The 1x1 2nd floor unit itself is very spacious. A/C in the bedroom & bathroom. Huge sliding door & windows to let the cool breeze in to the rest of the unit. Maintenance was always on time. Gym & laundry machines could use a little updating but it's still a good size gym w/ the important equipment being operable, and at least there are 2 facilities to accommodate the gue.
