My husband & I got our first place together at El Cordova. LOVED our apartment. Everything from application process to moving ... in was quick & easy. Jack Savio was the leasing agent who helped us from beginning to end & was top tier! The 1x1 2nd floor unit itself is very spacious. A/C in the bedroom & bathroom. Huge sliding door & windows to let the cool breeze in to the rest of the unit. Maintenance was always on time. Gym & laundry machines could use a little updating but it's still a good size gym w/ the important equipment being operable, and at least there are 2 facilities to accommodate the gue. El Cardovas
